Keep active jewellery jobs visible by stage, priority, owner and deadline. Add work to the board, move completed jobs out of the active queue and use the view as the day's operating surface.
A detailed production system can contain hundreds of records. A daily job board has a different purpose: it answers what is active now, what is due soon and who is responsible for the next action.
Keep the board short-horizon. Completed work should leave the active view, and jobs waiting on material or approval should be clearly identifiable rather than mixed with ready work.
