Brick Delivery Load Calculator
Plan brick deliveries from pallets to vehicle loads. Enter the pallets required, practical pallet capacity per vehicle and optional pallet weight so the tool can flag when a weight limit, rather than deck space, controls the load.

Why pallet capacity and payload both matter
A vehicle may be able to fit a certain number of pallets physically while still being unable to carry their combined weight. The practical capacity is the lower of the deck-space pallet limit and the payload-based pallet limit.
Effective pallets/load = minimum(deck limit, payload limit)
Worked example
With 12 pallets, a deck limit of 6 pallets per load, and 900 kg per pallet on a 6,000 kg payload, the payload permits 6 pallets. Therefore two vehicle loads are required.
12 ÷ 6 = 2 loads
When the payload becomes the constraint
If each pallet weighs 1,100 kg and the vehicle payload is 6,000 kg, the weight limit permits only 5 pallets even though the deck may fit 6. Twelve pallets would then need 3 loads.
Final-load planning
The final load can be smaller than a full load. Knowing that number helps coordinate loading, site storage and delivery scheduling.
Limitations
This tool does not account for axle distribution, trailer dimensions, road restrictions, crane capacity, loading equipment or supplier-specific transport rules.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many loads are needed for 12 pallets?
Two loads when the practical capacity is six pallets per load.
Can pallet weight reduce vehicle capacity?
Yes.
Should legal payload be verified separately?
Yes.
What is a final partial load?
The remaining pallets after complete loads are assigned.
Does this price delivery?
No.
