How the mixing works
Each scoop carries a bit of pigment on the spatula tip. Dropping it into the bowl blends it with whatever's already there using a subtractive model — the same reason mixing blue and yellow paint gives green instead of gray. The hex code updates live so you can see exactly what you made.

Why does the color look different from a simple average?
Light-based averaging (RGB) and pigment-based mixing (subtractive) don't match — this uses the pigment version, which is why the results feel closer to real paint.
Can the bowl overflow with too many colors?
No, it just keeps blending toward whatever you add most. Reset any time to start clean.
