Coin collection insurance claim evidence organizer

List each coin and tick the five evidence types insurers usually ask for, then print or download one packet. Records stay in this browser. This page does not file a claim and does not take picture uploads.

Add a coin to the packet

Mark what you already have for this piece:

Work from a copy. Keep originals of receipts and certificates in a second place. If a claim is active, follow the insurer’s own form first.

What this organizer is for

A coin claim is often delayed because photos, invoices, slabs, and appraisals live in different drawers. This page puts one line per coin and a checklist of five evidence types: photograph, purchase record, valuation, certificate, and ownership note.

Use it before a loss if you can. A dated inventory is easier to defend than a list written after a theft or fire.

How to build the packet

  1. Add every piece you would name on a claim, one at a time.
  2. Tick the evidence you already hold. Gaps show in red so you can hunt the missing paper.
  3. Tick Photograph if you already have a picture in your own files. This page does not take uploads.
  4. Print the pack and keep a paper copy.
  5. Give the printed pack to your insurer only through their claim channel.

Good to know

What evidence do insurers often ask for?

A written inventory, photos, proof of purchase or gift, a recent valuation, grading certificates when they exist, and where the coins were kept.

Does this file a claim?

No. It only structures what you already have.

Where is the data stored?

In this browser. There is no photo upload. Clear site data and the list is gone, so print the pack if the list matters.

Is this advice?

No. Coverage, deductibles, riders, and scheduled items are between you and the policy.
