Free Play Mode
Experiment with the chronograph pushers and rotating bezel. The main hands show real local time. The red central hand is the chronograph seconds hand.
Pushers
Top (Start/Stop) starts or stops the chronograph.
Bottom (Reset) returns the chrono hands to zero (only when stopped).
Bezel
Switch type above the watch, then rotate with ↺ / ↻ or reset to zero.
How to Use a Chronograph
A chronograph is a stopwatch built into a watch.
- Press Start. The red central seconds hand begins moving.
- Watch the 30-minute subdial (right) and 12-hour subdial (bottom) advance.
- Press Stop when the event ends. Read the elapsed time.
- Press Reset to return all chrono hands to zero.
Dive Bezel – Elapsed Time
Unidirectional rotating bezel used by divers.
- Switch Bezel type to Dive (Elapsed).
- Note the current position of the minute hand.
- Rotate the bezel so the luminous triangle (▼) aligns with the minute hand.
- As time passes, read elapsed minutes directly from the bezel scale.
- It only turns one way for safety.
Tachymeter – Measure Speed
Converts elapsed time over a fixed distance into units per hour.
- Switch Bezel type to Tachymeter.
- At the start of a measured distance, press Start.
- At the end, press Stop.
- Look where the chrono seconds hand points on the tachymeter scale.
- Formula:
Speed = 3600 ÷ elapsed seconds
GMT / Dual Time Bezel
A 24-hour rotating bezel lets you track a second time zone.
- Switch Bezel type to GMT / 24h.
- The bezel shows 24 hours instead of 60 minutes.
- Set the bezel so current home time aligns with the hour hand.
- Read the second time zone against the bezel markers.
